One of the key components of successful supplier management is the ability to effectively measure and manage supplier performance. We will explore the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track supplier performance and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, we'll cover the importance of supply chain and logistics management and its impact on overall procurement costs.
The course will take a comprehensive look at how procurement fits into supply chain organizations and understanding logistics services and operations.
